Washington, D.C. Honor Society GatheringThursday, November 10, 2005 Our main
purpose as an Alumni Interest Group is to promote communication
and stimulate professional interaction among Skull and
Bones alums.
The other similar honor societies at Penn State –
Lion’s Paw
and Parmi Nous – also have alumni groups with
like
purposes and we join
together for "mixers" in areas where we
have large concentrations of members. This gives us the
opportunity to share ideas and suggestions for our
groups. We've done events in San Francisco, New York,
Philadelphia, Harrisburg and on
Thursday, November 10, 2005 we returned for a second gathering
on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
where over 30 honor society alums mixed, mingled and
enjoyed a VIP tour of the Capitol courtesy of
Representative Tom Feeney.
