What is LISTSERV®?

LISTSERV® is an e-mail list management software from L-Soft International.

For those of you not familiar with LISTSERV®, here's the premise... send one email to one address (the mailing list) and it takes care of distributing the message to everyone on its predefined list.  You only have to remember one email address, your friendly list owners take care of the rest of the addresses.

Here are the addresses you will be sending email to:

	L-S+B-Society@lists.psu.edu			Entire Society
	L-S+B-Actives@lists.psu.edu			Active Chapter

List #1 L-S+B-Society (the entire Society)
This is composed of anyone out there that we can get an email address for.  We encourage all members of any status (alumni, honorary, associate, or active) to subscribe to this list.  It's use is to communicate news pertinent to our Sisters & Brothers near and far.

List #2 L-S+B-Actives (active members)
This is loosely composed of the active membership and anyone else that likes getting all of our email. Any other boner interested in the daily emails of the Active Society is more than welcome to request membership to this list.

Note: All members of list #2 are also members of list #1.
